Anyone following SOPA? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop_Online_Piracy_Act If this passes, it will give the government the ability to regulate pretty much everything on the internet. |

I've been following it (loosely speaking). I believe SOPA itself, as of yesterday, has been shelved until further consensus can be reached in the future. It's congressional counterpart (PIPA) is still floating at the moment though - I believe. In either case, the blackouts are still going on to raise awareness it seems. |
