Be interesting to see reaction to Congress if they try to sidestep an adverse decision (for many of them) by the Supreme Court on AZ's immigration law. Krauthammer thinks that Congressional Democrats might end up hurting themselves more by trying to go around a Court decision. He pointed out that the Court is considerably more respected than Congress, and that it's probably not a good time for them to do this - if it comes to pass. |
