the way i look at it is that if you have the right to own and kill another person growing inside you, you shouldn't care that back in the day a person could own another person and even in some cases kill that person without it being murder. do you actually "own" that person inside you? if so why not bring back slavery, it seems the same to me. |

I wonder if there are any examples of medical issues where the baby inside needed medical attention and the mother decided not to get treatment. Would the state override this by a doctor's request? I haven't researched it. |
