What are the changes in the estate tax which are set to go into effect at the end of this year??? |

Knowing the progressive left, a 95% confiscation. Wouldn't surprise me one bit. |

As far as I know, last year the estate tax rate was at 45% with an exemption of $3.5 million per individual. The tax was supposed to have expired in January. However, it comes back to life in 2011 with exemption levels of only a million dollars per person and 55 percent tax rate. |

I'd love to see a 0% estate tax. Why should the state or anyone else get one damned penny of a person's estate. It's just robbery, legalized by the robbers. |
