Chief Rodney S. Scott assumed command of the United States Border Patrol on February 2, 2020, becoming the 24th Chief since its establishment in May 28, 1924.

Dr. Jason Piccolo is a former special agent and supervisor with the Department of Homeland Security. Piccolo patrolled trafficking corridors as a U.S. Border Patrol agent near the San Diego and Mexico Border.
