Trump says he 'fully' agrees with Bolton 'analysis' of War Powers Resolution
President Trump said he supports former national security adviser John Bolton's opinion of the 1973 War Powers Resolution. "Smart analysis, I fully agree!" the president said Thursday after Bolton tweeted that the resolution violated the U.S. Constitution.
