On March 25, 1931, two white women, Victoria Price and Ruby Bates, claimed they had been raped by nine black teenagers along the railroad from Chattanooga to Memphis. In a town called Paint Rock, Alabama, a citizen posse took the law into its hands and "arrested" the boys, transporting them to jail cells in nearby Scottsboro.

In any sane world, being slandered by the likes of John Bolton would be a badge of honor. Unfortunately, we live in a world in which the same liberal journalists who spent decades building Bolton up as the personification of evil are now eager to take his most absurd claims at face value so they can be used to attack President Donald Trump.
