Armed man accused of setting off fireworks outside 26 Federal Plaza in NYC: FBI
An armed man with an anti-ICE agenda was arrested for allegedly setting off fireworks near a federal immigration building in Lower Manhattan Monday morning, authorities said. Andrew Arrabaca, 43, is accused of lighting a canister of fireworks.
