Erin Hawley
Erin Morrow Hawley is a senior legal fellow at Independent Women’s Law Center. She previously served as an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Missouri where she taught constitutional litigation, federal income tax, tax policy, and agricultural law. Her scholarship focused primarily on the federal courts and she has been published in numerous top journals. Prior to joining the law school, Hawley practiced appellate law at King & Spalding LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, both in Washington, DC. She also worked at the Department of Justice as counsel to Attorney General Michael Mukasey.
