Frances Martel is the National Security Editor at Breitbart News, responsible for curating the site's Asia, Latin America, Africa, and Mideast coverage. She is a graduate of Harvard College and Fordham Law School, with a background in international human rights law, Latin American politics, and urban political machines. She specializes in analyses of socialism in Latin America, communism in Asia, and global jihadist movements. Before joining Breitbart, Frances was a night and weekend editor at Mediaite, covering much of the 2012 Republican presidential primary.
