Jeanine C. Driscoll is running for New York’s 4th Congressional District to continue her fight to protect Nassau County taxpayers. Jeanine was first elected Hempstead Town Receiver of taxes in 2019 and was overwhelmingly re-elected in 2023. As the Receiver of Taxes in America’s largest town, Jeanine collects and distributes property tax payments and processes exemptions for the town’s 800,000 residents.

Jeanine is a champion for local property taxpayers, helping them reduce their taxes through available exemptions and educating them about the assessment appeals process.

Jeanine is an active member of the community who was president of both the Junior Women’s Club of Bellerose and the Floral Park Memorial PTSA. She also served on the Budget Advisory Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee of the Floral Park-Bellerose School District.
