Jillian Balow is a fifth-generation Wyomingite, mom, educator, and conservative leader who fights for families, local control, and the Wyoming way of life.

Jillian served seven years as Wyoming’s State Superintendent of Public Instruction, leading with a simple belief: parents know their children best. During her tenure, she worked to strengthen academic standards, expand school choice, and ensure parents, instead of bureaucrats, had a meaningful voice in their children’s education. Her leadership emphasized accountability, transparency, fiscal responsibility, and preparing students for real-world success.
