Jim Whaley is a 20-year Army veteran with a deep commitment to advocating for veterans' issues. His extensive experience in both military and civilian leadership roles drives his passion for making a positive impact in the lives of veterans and their families.

Jim served as Director of Communications at the United States Military Academy at West Point. In that position, he executed an innovative communications plan in celebration of West Point’s 200th anniversary.

As CEO of Mission Roll Call responsible to drive organizational and business success and empower a high performing staff. Responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership of Mission Roll Call by working with the Board of Directors and the professional staff. Empower Mission Roll Call to effectively influence legislation and government policies affecting the military and veteran communities. Expand the brand to be a house-hold name. Advocate for Veterans and their families. Previously the Founder of Sonnet Public Relations, an organization that propels brands by doing good in the world.
