Mandy Gunasekara is a veteran Republican climate and energy strategist and communicator. Most recently, under President Trump, Mandy served in the Environmental Protection Agency as the Principal Deputy Assistant Administrator for the Office of Air and Radiation. While at EPA, she spearheaded many of the Trump Administrations greatest energy policy achievements. Mandy was the chief architect of the withdrawal from the Paris Climate Accord and she orchestrated the repeal/replace of the Clean Power Plan. A 6th generation Mississippian, Mandy has returned home with her husband Surya and their two small children, Rhyder and Scout to promote the Trump energy agenda in Mississippi and beyond.
