Missouri Attorney General

Andrew Bailey is an American attorney and politician who currently serves as the Missouri Attorney General, an office he was appointed to in January 2023. Andrew Bailey was sworn in as the 44th Attorney General of the State of Missouri on January 3, 2023. Andrew is a combat veteran, father of four, prosecutor, and constitutional conservative who fights for the people of Missouri every day as the State’s chief legal official.

He volunteered for combat duty to take the fight to the enemies of freedom, volunteered to go to Iraq, and did two tours as an Armored Cavalry Officer. For his service, Andrew was awarded two Army Achievement Medals, an Army Commendation Medal, a Combat Action Badge, and two Bronze Star Medals.

As Attorney General, Andrew is focused on protecting the Constitution, enforcing the laws as written, defending the state, supporting the counties, and training a new generation of service-minded attorneys.
