PETER REX is a retired history teacher. He was Head of History at Princethorpe College for twenty years. As Founding CEO, Peter built an operation that exceeded 500 employees and purchased and managed over 20,000 real estate units. Peter’s team specialized in buying, renovating, and operating real estate investments. The company received national distinctions as a Fortune’s Top 20 Places to Work and a Top 5 ranking for apartment renovations completed.

Peter became fully convinced that the entire real estate operating model needed to be disrupted. He also became increasingly convinced that tech was the best tool for serving people globally through business.
