Vance Ginn
Vance Ginn, Ph.D., is the director of the Center for Economic Prosperity and a senior economist at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, one of the nation’s premier free-market think tanks.
He is a leading free market economist with research to let people prosper in their unique way by removing government barriers in Texas, D.C., and beyond. He is a first generation college graduate, eventually earning his Ph.D. in economics from Texas Tech University.
A former university lecturer, Dr. Ginn’s passion for teaching carries through in his work to help people understand how government policies affect them. He has published papers in top-ranked academic journals, public policy research on critical issues, commentaries in major media outlets, and has scholarly works in progress.
